Viridor announces re-submission of planning application

A new planning application has been submitted by Viridor for its proposed Energy from Waste (EfW) Combined Heat and Power facility at Trident Park in Cardiff Bay. The decision to re-submit an application follows a detailed review by Viridor into the reasons why its previous application had been refused by Cardiff Council’s planning committee.

Viridor Submits Environmental Permit Application for New England Resource Recovery Centre

Viridor has submitted its Environmental Permit application to the Environment Agency for its proposed Resource Recovery Centre in Lee Mill, Plymouth.   The application sets out how the site will be operated to mitigate its impact on the local environment.  The Resource Recovery Centre includes Energy from Waste (EfW), recycling and non-hazardous landfill facilities at the disused New England
