Rochester Plastics Recycling Facility Opens

Viridor was delighted to welcome The Mayor of Medway Councillor Barry Kemp to their new state-of-the-art Plastics Recycling Facility (PRF) in Rochester today. North Lanarkshire recycling contract win

Viridor confirmed that it has secured a major contract with North Lanarkshire Council to transform the county’s ‘blue bin’ domestic co-mingled recycling service. The award, to recycle circa 30,000 tonnes per year of plastic, paper, card and cans from 130,000 homes and 250 ‘node points’, will secure eighteen jobs at the firm’s Bargeddie materials recycling
