Women of the Future award honour for Viridor Resource Management’s Imogen Harvey

Viridor Resource Management’s Imogen Harvey has been honoured at a Women of the Future awards evening where she was presented with the award for MBA Star.

Imogen is the head of VRM’s Supply Optimisation Unit and, when she was presented with her award at the ceremony in London last week (14 November, 2018), Baroness Garbrielle Bertin told the audience the judges were impressed with Imogen’s confidence, communication and passion for her industry.

At VRM, Imogen is responsible for improving systems, collaboration and communication between the VRM office and the various Viridor recycling sites. The aim of her role is to help optimise the Viridor supply chain with a focus on minimising waste and maximising Viridor’s role within the circular economy.

In her acceptance speech, Imogen said she was inspired by the achievements of the candidates across all 13 award categories and was now very much looking forward to becoming a part of the Women of the Future network and attending its future events.
